- Every person must register and present a valid government-issued ID.
- Check-in time: 14:00 hrs. Early check-in fee: $15.00 + taxes (Subject to availability).
- Check-out time: 11:00 hrs. Late check-out fee: $20.00 + taxes. (Allowed until 16:00 hrs and subject to availability).
- Confirmation of your reservation: A non-refundable payment of 50% is required in case of cancellation; the date can be modified according to availability.
- Modifying your reservation: Please note that a change in the duration or date of your reservation may generate a rate surcharge.
- To safeguard valuables and money brought by the guest, the safety deposit box located at the reception may be used.
- Our rooms are 100% smoke-free; the hotel charges a $50.00 fee for smoking in the rooms. Smoking is permitted on balconies with the room door closed.
- If you lose the key, you must pay the amount of $20 to cover the replacement of the corresponding key and keychain.
- If the AC is turned on, please keep the balcony doors closed.
- After 22:00 hrs (10 PM), avoid excessive noise and adjust the volume of your television to respect the rest of other guests.
- For security reasons, visitors are not allowed in the rooms; the designated areas for this purpose are the hotel lobby and lounge.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Rules and schedules for the use of the jacuzzi are visible in that area.
- Any damage caused to the rooms will be assumed by the guest.
- In case of disturbance of public order, we will call the corresponding authorities.
- We do not have private parking and we are not responsible for damages caused to your vehicle or for forgotten objects inside it; however, we have surveillance cameras and a night watchman, and you have our full cooperation and readiness in case of any incident.
- We reserve the right of admission.
- Rooms with balconies have outdoor chairs available in the closets.
- It is not permitted to move hotel furniture; if you wish to make any changes, please notify reception.
- It is not permitted to hang clothes on the balconies.
Children’s Policy
- For reservation purposes, children and babies from 0 years old must be registered and included in the total number of guests.
- Children over 6 years old pay the regular rate.
- In rooms with a king bed, one child under 6 years old can be included as an extra using the available bed. We have an extra bed for children at a cost of $10.
